“Spirit to Spirit with Soldiers Abroad”

Kim Nordstrom, Heather Loughmiller and Laura Neil

While LDS service men and women are abroad serving us and protecting our freedoms, they most often do not have traditional church services available to them. While on patrol or while fulfilling their responsibilities, they may go for weeks at a time without being able to attend Sacrament Meeting or even connect personally with other Church members. In those situations it is much more difficult to maintain a desirable level of spirituality. What can we – as sisters and families – do to help LDS soldiers maintain a steady connection with the Gospel, and with our worldwide church family as they serve?
