Exercise Your Spirit and Lose the Weight of the World

At the age of 25 I found myself almost 200 lbs at only 5 feet and 4 inches tall. Through some changes in my life I was able to lose 55 lbs. Not all women struggle with physical weight but everyone has felt the trials of living in this world. Do we give enough attention and time to losing our spiritual “weight”? Do we strive to keep our spirits as healthy as our bodies? How can we exercise our spirits?
