Something old: Those favorite recipes are such an important part of dinner time. Whether they are old secret family recipes or the safe "go-to" meals, let's spice them up and keep them fresh! Learn how to plan your meals and use your leftovers. Something new: Don't be afraid to experiment with new recipes, colors, textures, spices and other ingredients. Where to start and how to incorporate them into the foods you already love is easier than you think. Something borrowed: We have so many resources at our fingertips with today's technology. Use these resources and begin adding to your list of go-to meals. Good for you: Wheat instead of white, oats instead of flour, applesauce instead of oil--Let's make your meals family friendly and healthy too!
