The gift of music is powerful and provides a way to facilitate the Spirit often more quickly than the spoken word. Many of our great composers speak of feeling the Spirit as they wrote great works. Anciently scholars believed that music had a power to harmonize the body and the soul. We now have scientific evidence that music can help us learn, calm our spirits, heal the sick, and bring us great joy. This exhibit gives us ideas on how to use our talents in bringing joy to those around us using God's gift of music in our everyday lives.
