We often have the challenge placed before us to learn something new– some of those things we avoid facing because we feel inadequate or afraid. The scriptures urge us to increase our talents, to always be learning. Common things many of us fear learning may include swimming, sewing, computers, email, genealogy, music, journaling, or scrapbooking. Avoiding those things keeps us from being who we really can be, who we really SHOULD be. If we follow the counsel in D&C 6:36 to "doubt not, fear not", we can reach our full potential as a daughter of God.
