As divine daughters of deity, it is natural for us to have faith in Jesus Christ. This gift of life grants us the power to be steadfast and immovable in the face of life's trials. Maintaining that steadfastness is the focus of this station. How can we be steadfast and immovable when the pressures of life mount? How do we make our foundation "solid as a rock"? We will focus on practical suggestions for deepening our faith in Christ. Deepened faith in Christ is the source of our steadiness. Elder Russell M. Ballard declared that "Righteousness has never precluded adversity. But faith in the Lord Jesus Christ-real faith, whole souled, and unshakable-is a power to be reckoned with in the universe. It can be a causative force through which miracles are wrought." (Ensign, Nov. 92)
