We can all be a Super Hero, if we have the courage to reach out and spread our sunshine.
We may never know how a simple act of kindness may affect someone's life. We can see the difference it makes in our own lives however, "when we're helping we're happy". It doesn't have to be hard we just have to see a need and help fill it.
Be Captain Kindness and reach out and lift someone else today; it might be them lifting us tomorrow.
