SOS: Shape Our Spirits

Setting priorities, managing time well and creating a plan are the first steps necessary in achieving a triathlon goal. These are also the same steps you can use to implement the Spirit in your life. To train for a triathlon you start young. You learn to ride a bike, run and swim all at a young age. Likewise, you have to start training children to feel the spirit and recognize it at a young age. Learning to feel the spirit and applying it in our lives takes practice and exercise. Consistent companionship with the Spirit will help maintain good spiritual health. Our goal is for our youth to be able to recognize, listen and then follow the Spirit. Especially, when they are on their own racing and competing for the finish line of their life.
