They Shall Mount up with Wings as Eagles

It takes more than a Scoutmaster to make an Eagle Scout takes involved parents and a good Troop Committee, too! There are many places for women to serve on the Troop Committee and to encourage sons (or grandsons) to attain the Eagle Scout rank. Ideas for how to do this as well as finding a good Eagle Project and planning an Eagle Court of Honor are presented here. Scouting is not just for men anymore!
